Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Your pets are welcome in our economy rooms for an additional $20.00 per night per pet.

 


 

Q: What's the difference between a luxury and an economy room?
A: Quality--all the rooms are clean and comfortable, however the luxury rooms exemplify quality and comfort.

 


 

Q: Why doesn't anyone answer the 800# when I call?
A: The 800# only rings at the registration counter, so if the employee on duty is not in the lobby--which is often during the course of the day--they won't be able to hear the phone.

 


 

Q: Why does it take so long to answer the phone?
A: The calls come throught the phone system and are forwarded to hand-held units that the employees carry with them through-out the property.

 


 

Q: What's the penalty for smoking in a non-smoking room?
A: $100.00

 


 

Q: Why must I present my driver's license at check-in?
A: We do this to assit the local law enforcement officers in the event that they need the information.

 


 

Q: Why must I present a credit card if I pay with cash?
A: Because some guest have no respect for others' property--this is our recourse for missing items or damaged rooms.

 


Q: What is the penalty for not registering an extra person or animal that stays in the room?
A: $50.00 per night per incident
